Matcom Education - Policies & Guidelines

Below are the official policies and guidelines for students, parents, and faculty at Matcom Education to ensure a smooth learning experience.

1. Admission & Enrollment Policy:
  • Students must complete the admission form and submit the required documents before joining.
  • Fees must be paid at the time of enrollment to confirm admission.
  • Admission is subject to availability in respective batches.
2. Fee Payment & Refund Policy:
  • Fees must be paid in advance as per the chosen course/subject.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in special cases (management discretion applies).
  • Late fee payments may attract a penalty.
  • Any request for fee adjustments must be discussed with the management.
3. Class Discipline & Code of Conduct
  • Students should maintain discipline and respect faculty and fellow students.
  • Use of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited unless permitted for educational purposes.
  • Any misconduct, including cheating in tests or misbehavior, may lead to suspension.
4. Exam & Assessment Policy:
  • Regular tests and assessments will be conducted to track student progress.
  • Students failing to appear for tests without a valid reason will not be given a re-test.
  • Special mock exams will be held for board students and competitive exam aspirants.
5. Leave & Absenteeism:

Students must inform the center in advance if they need leave for valid reasons. Long absences (without prior notice) may lead to discontinuation from the batch.

6. Safety & Security:

The center ensures a safe and disciplined environment for all students. Parents/Guardians are advised to drop and pick up younger students on time. Matcom Education is not responsible for lost personal belongings or any kind of loss related to student.

7. Policy Changes:
  • Matcom Education reserves the right to update or modify policies as needed.
